1. Who we are
This website is run by ML Productions Ltd, trading as Memory Lane Productions (“we”, “us”), Room 6, 11/F, Eastern Harbour Centre, 28 Hoi Chak St., Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. We are responsible for any personal data we handle through it. For anything about your data, contact Adam Yaffe at adam@1800-paradise.com.
2. What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts, images, maps, flags, logos and offers are all served from our own server, so simply visiting does not send your details to any third party.
The showroom booking calendar works entirely in your browser: choosing a day and time sends nothing to us. Pressing “Book now” opens your own email app with the request filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send.
3. What is stored on your device
If you pick a language, that choice (one setting called “mlp-lang”) is saved in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Nothing else is stored.
4. Server logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like every web host, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical information for each visit (IP address, browser type, date and time, page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify or profile visitors, and we have not switched on any Cloudflare analytics. For any questions about this, contact Adam Yaffe at adam@1800-paradise.com.
5. When you email us
If you email us, for example by clicking a team member’s name, an “Enquire” button or “Book now”, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you write. Our email runs on Google Gmail, so messages are stored in Google’s cloud and on our own in-house servers. We use them only to reply and to handle your enquiry or business with us, keep them only as long as that purpose and our legal obligations require, and then delete them.
6. Sharing and international transfers
We never sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (Google for email and Cloudflare for web hosting) under contracts that protect it, or where the law requires us to. Because we work across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the US and Australia, your data may be handled outside your country. Where the law requires it, we put approved safeguards in place first, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only people who need personal data to do their job can access it, and we keep it no longer than necessary.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email Adam Yaffe at adam@1800-paradise.com. We will not charge you and will reply within the time your local law allows (for example, one month under UK and EU GDPR, and 40 days under Hong Kong law). You can also complain to the regulator where you live, listed below.
